I came to Sue for Bowen in August of 2023 a very broken woman in excrutiating pain. Inflammation raged throughout my body. I couldn't sleep from the pain. I could barely walk and needed a cane and even then could barely walk and I'm only in my 50's! The pain was so excrutiating and it was unbearable. Pain changes the brain and I couldn't even think or speak properly. I didn't want to take pain relief meds and spiral into addiction as is common in these situations.

Since my first treatment with Sue. I could feel vibrations throughout my whole body. Week after week I could feel the healing working, pain was subsiding and I could sleep... it was life changing! It wasn't a quick fix, I had to be patient with the process, slowly but steadily, but I persisted week after week.

Orthopaedic surgeon says I need to do total knee replacement for both knees and my osteoarthritis is considered severe, but going to Sue, I am able to get more mileage with my own knees without surgery or pain meds. The medical system will tell you it's not possible, it's a placebo, etc... I'm here as a testimony that Bowen Therapy really works! I am incredibly grateful for Sue and Bowen Therapy!

Sue is the reason I have not needed more cortisone injections. I wasn't sure Bowen would work on my bursitis but it really did. My range of mtion has really increased. Along the way, Sue has helped me with other aches and pains which has been a wonderful surprise.

Sue is a fantastic practitioner who demonstrates a deep understanding of the body. She is gentle, personable, and puts you at ease immediately. During one of my several Bowen sessions with Sue, I entered with intense menstrual cramps and left without any discomfort. I was less anxious and had reduced tension in my entire body. Wow, I am so impressed of how my body responded to my recent Bowen treatment.

I am truly pleasantly surprised that I will not need to book a shockwave treatment for my golfers elbow. The very first morning I notice the inflammation was no longer there, I was able to touch and rub the elbow with very little pain. Now a few days after getting Bowen I can lift the same weight with both arms, before I would need to have a lesser weight to not strain my elbows. Always look forward in my next Bowen Treatment thank you Sue!
